Dicomm
Diversity in Community Limited (Dicomm) is a social enterprise in Asia Pacific promoting Diversity and Inclusion, especially in LGBTQ+ dimension. We deliver DE&I workshops, corporate trainings, inclusive marketing strategies, event management, and teaches at various university institutions. Dicomm develops gender-friendly and diversity-inclusive policies for public and private multinational institutions and has organized corporate social responsibility-related events. We were funded by the government department of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund, and have been featured in over 30 media outlets and organizations for interviews, lectures, and workshops on campus, reaching a vast audience and readers with a reach rate of millions.
